Nicole Asch

Nicole Krasny Asch brings first chair trial experience centering on complex litigation matters, including intellectual property, entertainment, unfair competition and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Asch received her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego in 1995 and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 1999. She is admitted to practice in California, including the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Prior to joining Genga & Associates, P.C., Ms. Asch was a senior associate at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in Los Angeles. Ms. Asch participated in a roundtable discussing California's controversial unfair competition law under Business and Professions Code Section 17200 which was featured on the cover of the "Verdicts & Settlements" Section of the Los Angeles Daily Journal in 2001.
